Pamela Caudwell (Deceased 2010, aged 63): The book is dedicated to her. She undertook 20 years of research and amassed a remarkable collection of Kershaw cameras, equipment, and ephemera. Her research notes and collection were acquired by the author to be saved for posterity and incorporated into this volume.
Author & Publisher John Vaughan: An experienced transport author, he acquired his Kershaw/Soho collection over 14 years. He researched, collated data, photographed, wrote, designed, and published this book.
